1.拜访客户,了解、分析、评估客户的企业特点和职位需求
通过对客户进行拜访,详细了解客户的企业文化、公司背景、行业和产品特点,与客户进行充分、有效的沟通,并与客户共同对所需招聘的岗位进行讨论和分析。
Visit client, understand, analyze and evaluate enterprise’s characteristics and position requirements: We visit clients to understand clients’ enterprise culture, background, the working field and products features. We communicate with clients to discuss and analyze the position.
2.提交寻访建议书,接受委托
通过与客户的良好沟通,明确所需招聘岗位的职位描述(含职责、任职条件、特别要求及相应的薪酬范围等)。寻访建议书包括:职位描述,招聘方法,项目时间,费用构成等。由客户确定并委托。
Present proposals and accept the commission: We communicate with clients, and specify the job description (including duties, conditions, particularly requirements and the corresponding salary range, etc.). Clients sign and approve the proposals which include: job description, recruitment methods, project period, expense components etc.
3.签约
签订"招聘委托书",委托方支付项目启动资金。
Sign the contract: Clients sign the contract and pay the advance payment as the staring fund
4.寻访行动
根据我们对客户所处行业的认识,结合岗位的具体要求,为该职位的招聘制订搜寻方案,依据方案,利用我们的高级人才库、与各行业有关机构及人士的网络关系,利用专门的技巧,对每一位候选人进行接触。
Visit clients: According to our understanding of the industry together with the specific job requirements, we make search programs. Based on programs, we use our extensive talents database, and various industries related organizations and individuals networks, to contact with every candidate.
5.初试及综合测评
对所接触到的候选人信息进行分析、过滤,筛选出初步符合条件的人选,并对入围者安排初试,主要测试个性特点、管理能力、沟通能力、专业素质、离职原因等。
Initially interview and comprehensively assess: We analyze and select qualified candidates to test personality characteristics, management ability, communication skills, professional quality, the reasons for leaving etc.
6.推荐与复试
依据初试结果出具相应人选的报告资料,对适合的人选以保密报告的方式提交给客户,企业根据本中心推荐的人选资料,进行面试、复审,258猎头协助双方就具体聘用条件进行有效沟通。
Recommend and re-interview: Based on the initial interview, we submit candidate’s materials to the clients in a confidential way.
